When will this be available as a phone app?

This is currently underway, and will launch early 2021!  Anyone who has purchased the online planner will automatically get free access to the mobile app.

 

 

When will I receive access?

We are working on making this automatic, but currently, you can expect to be set up within 24 hours.  You will receive an email with your login details.

 

 

My online planner has frozen – how do I fix it?

The online planner is best accessed in a Chrome browser.  If it freezes for any reason, simply clear your cache/cookies and log in again.

 

 

My information has disappeared!  Help!

Your information hasn’t disappeared, you might have just left the program open for too long.  Simply log in again, and it will all pop back up.

 

 

I’ve got an amazing functionality idea, you need to hear it.

Great!  Send us an email because we are constantly developing the functionality and want to make it as user friendly as possible.

What’s the difference between the OYD Wedding Planner, and OYD Folder? 

 

The OYD Wedding Planning is the full kit – planning folder and access to the online planner; whereas the planning folder is just the physical folder.

 

Can I add my own pages?

 

Of course!  It is an A4 binder folder, so you can easily add whatever you need.

 

Can I get a refund?

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, only for faulty goods.  Please note that each folder is wrapped in high quality etched fabric, meaning every folder has unique markings.

 

Can I purchase the Own Your Day Wedding Planner as a gift?

 

Of course!  Just make sure you let us know the email address of the recipient so we can get them all set up.

When will I receive my planner?

 All orders are dispatched within two business days, and generally take up to 3 business days to reach their new home.  Sometimes a little longer for regional areas.

 

 

I need mine desperately – can you help?

We can certainly do our best!  Send us an email at hello@ownyourdayweddings.com and we will look at options.

 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes – you will receive a tracking number so you can watch your order arrive safe and sound.

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!   We currently ship to NZ, US, UK, HK, Singapore, Ireland and Canada for a flat fee of $30.  Should you wish to ship to another destination, just email us at hello@ownyourdayweddings.com and we’ll work through the options together.

I would like to provide feedback on a supplier, how can I do this?

You can email us directly and we will pass it on.

 

I’m a supplier, can I upgrade my plan?

Of course!  Just log in to your account, select your new plan, and we’ll be in touch from there.

 

How do I gain access to the Own Your Day Supplier community?

Just search for Own Your Day Suppliers as a Facebook Group, and make sure you introduce yourself in your access request.
