Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!  We want you to enjoy your wedding planning experience, so if you feel our planner isn't the best fit for you, we encourage you to reach out.  We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate this process:

• Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return
• Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email
• Send all items back to us using the label provided

Once we have received and inspected the products to ensure there is no visible signs of wear or use, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.  The refund will be proceed within 1-2 days after the product has been returned.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Additional Information:

• Should a product be lost or damaged, we will replace the item immediately.
