Shipping

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after received your order confirmation email.

All orders are shipped with Australia Post, so once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking notifications through Australia Post directly.  All orders are charged a flat rate of $10 to cover shipping costs.

All orders will be send by Parcel Post, but should you need an order to be express posted, please send an email to hello@ownyourdayweddings.com and we can consider on a case by base basis.  All orders are usually delivered within 3-7 business days - if you have not received your order within this timeframe, we encourage you to email us so we can raise an enquiry with Australia Post.

Please note that access to the Online Planner is a manual process, so this will be set up within 24 hours of purchase (at the latest).  Please note if you are purchasing this as a gift for someone, we will need you to email their name and email address directly, or add in comments at checkout.
